Let’s start the next week by getting your brain switched on to hope.  Based on the book, Switch on Your Brain by Dr. Caroline Leaf, she explains that thoughts are real.  Think of thoughts as real estate – they occupy your brain minute by minute and day by day.

When we hope, it is an activity of the mind that changes the structure of the brain.  So, what does this have to do with life, work and productivity?  Most people struggle with issues in their life and when they are constantly negative or look at the glass half empty, they are wasting not only precious time, but value space in our brain. 

It is time to work your brain the way it was built to run – better and stronger than the most complex computer out there.  Fill your brain this week with hope.  Be positive, be strong and be hopeful that the future is bright, and you are making the right choices.

Hope allows you to eliminate the negativity that takes up our thinking.

·         You don’t have to be a victim – you control your reactions

·         You are responsible for your actions

·         No excuses

·         Our daily action is based on what we build into our minds

·         Choice and action change your thinking

Productivity and happiness are a state of mind.  Everyone can be successful and happy.  What is standing in your way?  If you do not have control over it – move around it and move on!
